How do I return an item?

EXCHANGE POLICY
Every furniture and bedding product sold at Bellissi Furniture is a NEW product. If a customer decides to exchange any product after getting delivery (only at the time of delivery and only in NYC and NJ) the customer has the right to refuse and find a different furniture product. If this happens, the client will be responsible for exchange fees of 20% of the purchase price and delivery charges. The customer will be charged another delivery charge for a new order. All furniture products are opened and inspected upon delivery. If a furniture product is damaged upon arrival Bellissi Furniture will exchange it without additional charges.


NON EXCHANGEABLE

Furniture products like: Mattresses, pillows or Special Orders placed at Bellissi Furniture are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All Special Orders and Mattresses are sold per order and made to order. If a special order product has a manufacturer defect, Bellissi Furniture will exchange it at no extra cost to the customer. Exchanges of Special Order products can take from 1 week to 3 months.


RETURN POLICY (Applies for NYC and NJ Delivery Areas)

Every furniture and bedding product sold at Bellissi Furniture is a NEW product. Customers have the right to return furniture products within 5 days after their delivery date. Mattresses and pillows do not have a return policy. All furniture product(s) returned must be in the original condition and packaging as received. Refund of your order will result in a 20% cancellation fees and minus delivery charges for this order (if any). No refund will be issued to Mattress or pillow orders.

RETURN POLICY (Non NYC and NJ Delivery Areas)

Every furniture and bedding product sold at Bellissi Furniture is a NEW product. Customers have the right to return furniture products at the same time that they were received and no additional shipping charges will be applied if location of the delivery is out of our local area (out of NYC or NJ delivery area). If delivery team has left, and customer decides to return product, customer will be responsible for additional delivery charges to schedule pick up of merchandise. Mattresses and pillows do not have return policy. Refund will be as follows: 20% cancellation fees and minus delivery charges for this order, and additional delivery charges will be charged for arrangement of pick-up. No refund will be issued to Mattress or pillow orders.
